Detroit Regional Chamber’s Mackinac Policy Conference

This year’s Mackinac Policy Conference theme was “A Quest for Common Ground,” providing a space for leaders to consider practical approaches to addressing the interests and needs of Michigan residents. The conference facilitated conversations with the goal of fostering collaborative problem-solving.

Lehigh Valley Water Suppliers (LVWS) Annual Golf Outing

NORESCO was proud to be a sponsor of the Lehigh Valley Water Suppliers annual golf outing, which supports HydroMania, the annual water education day for Lehigh Valley third and fourth graders. HydroMania teaches students about watersheds, water filtration, and water conservation through hands-on activities. Hawaii Energy Conference

NORESCO is a proud Supporter of the 13th Hawaii Energy Conference (HEC). This annual event brings together experts on energy policy, strategies, leadership, and innovation from Hawaii, the continental United States, Asia-Pacific, and more for open discussion on how to better serve communities in today’s rapidly changing power generation and delivery environment. USGBC ADAPT 2026

NORESCO’s Erica DiLello, Megan Keogh, and Michele Hendrick presented “Moving Forward through Design: Integrating Indoor Air Quality and Human Wellbeing Analysis.” Their session addressed the challenges of air quality in environments that are increasingly influenced by climate change, urban density, wildfire smoke, and indoor pollutant sources. They also discussed the innovative solutions being implemented in both new construction and existing buildings through regulatory measures and building owners who voluntarily go above and beyond.

ACEEE Hot Air & Hot Water Forum 2026

Josh Irving, NORESCO’s National Manager of Grants and Incentives, presented at this year’s AEEE Hot Air & Hot Water Forums. Josh’s presentation examined the evolution and status of the Inflation Reduction Act’s Investment Tax Credit (ITC) and its impact reducing costs and driving adoption of heating and hot water efficiency projects. Josh shared emerging customer engagement models that connect funding discovery to project development and strengthen affordability, consumer education, and confidence in comprehensive energy solutions.

Energy Code ACE 2026 Conference

Join NORESCO’s Kyra Weinkle, Zalmie Hussein, and Rachel Truttmann for “Mapping Code Compliance: Navigating Tools, Challenges, & Innovations” on Wednesday, March 4, from 1-4 pm. Their interactive session will deliver an overview of the tools currently available on Energy Code ACE, followed by exercises to evaluate the compliance process steps.

2025 ASHRAE Annual Conference

NORESCO will attend this year’s ASHRAE Annual Conference, the largest social and technical event that ASHRAE holds each year. Last year’s event was attended by over 2,000 industry professionals. Dr. Mohammad Dabbagh and Dr. Fatemeh Yousefi from NORESCO’s Codes and Standards team presented at the conference. Dr. Dabbagh presented his work on June 22 titled “Developing Low-Rise Multifamily Prototype Models for California. Dr. Yousefi hosted a session on June 25 titled “Determining Vintage Bins for Prototype Development.”

NORESCO’s Green Operations Specialist, Philip De Luna, co-presented alongside a behavior change consultant supporting the School District of Philadelphia’s recycling efforts. Their session, Listening, Learning, and Problem-Solving for Better Recycling in Schools, highlighted collaborative approaches to sustainability, behavior change, and waste reduction in educational environments.
